AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
After you've completed the online application, you may send us your portfolio by email or by postal mail.

- Composers: submit 1-3 representative scores and accompanying recordings.
- Conductors: submit a DVD recording of applicant’s conducting of two contrasting works (maximum of 30 minutes).
- Vocalists: submit a DVD recording of one operatic aria and two songs in each of three different languages (3 works total; e.g. French, Italian, and English).

If you wish to submit your recordings and scores (if required) by email, please send your files to

. On the subject line, please write down the name of the program which you're applying to, followed by your full name (e.g. Fellowship Program - John Doe).
The maximum file size for each email must be under 20 MBs. If you need to email recordings and/or scores which exceed 20 MBs, the best way is to email each tracks separately. If you're emailing MP3 files, it would be safe to assume that 1 minute of music will be more or less 1 MB in size. We recommend using file types such as MP3, AAC, WMA, and PDF, which are typically smaller in size than WAVE, AIFF, JPEG, and TIFF files. If you're applying as a composer, and wish to submit Finale® or Sibelius® score files, please feel free to do so.
If you wish to send us a cassette tape, a CD, or a DVD by postal mail, clearly mark the recording with your name and instrument or voice type. On a separate sheet, write down your name, your instrument, title of works, names of composers, and the duration of each tracks.
Mail the package to:
